As a pleasure-focused sex therapist, educator, and intimacy coach, one of the most exciting parts of my job is permission giving. When I work with clients, I am often the first person to ever pose questions about their sexuality and provide a safe space to explore parts of themselves they may never have been given the opportunity to connect with.
I love working with individuals and couples on communication skills, intimacy building, exploring desire, body-acceptance and movement, and life transitions. Along with sex therapy and intimacy coaching, my expertise is in anxiety, depression, systemic issues and current events, healing childhood wounds, toxic masculinity, and exploring the shame that comes with simply being human.
